• Fixed PDF uploads that failed with a /Contents error. Tickets with unreadable embedded text now fall back to Windows OCR or manual review, including tickets added through the inbox.
• Digitally signed Windows app and installer, with a timestamp to verify the publisher and file integrity.
• Updated scanned-ticket text recognition to use Windows OCR directly without a PowerShell helper.
• Manage subscription is available during trials and after licence reactivation. When purchaser credentials are unavailable, secure checkout-email verification provides billing access without giving worker codes billing authority.
• Fixed a hidden activation window that prevented the app from appearing when a released or expired licence required activation at startup.
• Released licences are disabled on the old computer after its next verified online release check. The application preserves saved documents and asks for a replacement activation code; it does not restart a trial.
• The licence button shows gold Activate Now when inactive and green Activated when active. Connection failures alone do not revoke saved offline access.
• Trial countdown shows full days and the exact trial end date. The final partial day remains available. Trial duration and billing dates are unchanged.
• The Activation code field accepts both Monthly and Annual codes, with clear plan-neutral activation and renewal messages.
• Updated interface with rounded controls, clearer tabs, project selection, inline help and licence status.
• A clean first launch with no prefilled identity or signature. Three fictional unsigned trial tickets are supplied separately.
• A seven-day app trial. Downloading does not enrol you in billing.
• Review the completed PDF before approving and filing. Unsigned tickets cannot be counted as signed.
• Hold and release preserve draft edits. Excel exports separate currencies and tax bases.
• Monthly and Annual website purchases provide activation codes. Monthly checkout opened from the app can connect automatically.
• Paid monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled. Successful renewals extend access using the existing connection or code.

Installation and licences

Install under the Windows account that will use the app. Existing projects and signatures are retained. Back up your workspace before updating. Save and AutoSave preserve edits; they do not create a separate backup.

Each licence activates one computer. Companies give one code to each worker. Keep the private purchase link with the purchaser. Contact support for a verified computer transfer; transferring a licence does not move project files. Import licence file remains available for support-assisted activation.

Complimentary licences expire after one year and require reissue by the owner. They do not create a paid subscription.
