TICKET CLERK PROPlans & checkout

UPDATED OCTOBER 21, 2026

Privacy & Data

Ticket Clerk Pro operates from Alberta, Canada. We limit the information we request to operating payments, licences, support and service security. You can browse the website and download the Windows trial without providing your name or email. Website providers still process technical connection information when you visit.

For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact the Ticket Clerk Pro privacy contact at support@ticketclerkpro.com.

Your tickets and project files stay on your computer

Ticket processing, PDF signing, filing and cost reporting run locally in the Windows app. Your ticket PDFs, signature images, printed signing name and project records are stored locally; they are not included in activation or renewal requests. This website does not provide a ticket-upload service. If you share files, send them to support or use your own cloud backup, those copies are handled through the services you choose. Save and AutoSave are not separate backups.

What we use for purchases and licences

Company workers do not need a separate website profile or to submit their tickets to activate a code. The current purchase flow does not request a phone number, date of birth or government identity document. Do not send these details unless support explains a specific need and an appropriate way to provide them.

Payments through Stripe

Stripe hosts checkout and collects payment details, purchase contact information and billing address. Billing information supports payment processing, fraud checks and applicable billing or tax requirements. Our application server does not receive your full card number or card security code. It receives transaction and customer information needed to check payment and provide access. We do not separately copy the full billing address into our licence-tracking tables. Stripe maintains its own payment and customer records under its Privacy Policy.

Website security and browser information

Hosting and security providers process information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and request logs to deliver and protect the service. Our checkout and activation rate limits use keyed identifiers derived from IP addresses and time windows. These are not raw IP addresses in our rate-limit table and are not used for advertising. A rate-limit window ending does not itself mean its database record has been deleted.

Some checkout flows use browser storage to preserve checkout state and avoid duplicate submissions. Hosting sign-in, security services and Stripe may use cookies or similar technology for their own functions. The website loads Google Fonts, which sends technical connection information to Google. We do not sell customer information or use ticket contents for advertising.

Optional advertising measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement,” we use Google Ads to measure visits to our public marketing pages and clicks on “Download for Windows.” A download click does not confirm installation, trial activation or a paid subscription.

Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, event time, public page address, consent status, and advertising click or cookie identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, payment details, licence codes, project documents or private checkout links through this measurement. Enhanced conversions and personalized advertising are disabled.

Advertising measurement is off until you allow it. You can reject it or withdraw permission through “Privacy choices.” Your choice does not affect downloads, purchases or licence access. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not erase information already received by Google. Google may process information outside Canada under its Privacy Policy.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside Canada, depending on their service infrastructure and subprocessors. We do not promise Canadian-only storage. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries. Contact our privacy contact for information about our use of overseas service providers. Provider information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare, Stripe, Namecheap and Google.

Please keep support messages limited to what is necessary. Avoid sending confidential tickets, signature images, passwords, card details or private purchase links. Ask for a person to review your inquiry if you need human assistance.

Retention and security

Licence and purchase records support active access, renewal, ownership verification and troubleshooting. Transaction records may also be needed for accounting, refunds, disputes or legal obligations. Support and security records have different purposes and may need different retention periods. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically delete these records or your local files.

There is currently no fixed, automatic deletion schedule for all records. We assess deletion requests against remaining service and legal needs and explain any records we must retain. Provider logs and backups can have their own retention cycles, so deletion may not be immediate across every system.

The service uses HTTPS, signed licence files and restricted owner access. The Windows app protects saved connection credentials using Windows user-bound encryption. These safeguards do not make any service risk-free. Protect your computer and keep private links, codes and backups secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern through our privacy contact. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before releasing records or transferring a licence. If you withdraw information or consent needed to operate a subscription, some services may no longer be available; we will explain the effect and any retention requirements. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction.

Purchasing does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We may send service, payment or support communications related to your purchase. Changes to this statement will be posted here with an updated date; materially new uses of information may require additional notice or consent.
