Terms & Licensing

Seller and availability

Ticket Clerk Pro is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Alberta, Canada. Contact support@ticketclerkpro.com. Subscriptions are offered to customers resident or established in Canada and the United States. Provide accurate country and billing information.

Plans, trials and billing

The Windows download includes a 7-day local trial; downloading does not enrol you in billing. Monthly single: US$15.99/month, automatically renewing until cancelled. Website Monthly purchases are charged US$15.99 at checkout. Monthly checkout started from the Windows app honours remaining trial time with a minimum two-day courtesy period.

Annual single and bundle subscriptions are charged at checkout and renew annually until cancelled. Standard annual pricing is US$149.99 per licence/year.

Annual pricing: 1-4 licences US$149.99 each; 5-9 US$134.99 each; 10-19 US$127.49 each; 20-100 US$119.99 each per year. Bundle savings are compared with the standard US$149.99 annual price. Each discounted licence price is rounded to cents before multiplying by quantity. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing terms; these prices apply to new purchases. All prices are USD before applicable taxes shown at checkout. One computer per licence.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

All paid plans automatically renew until cancelled. Website purchasers use Manage / cancel subscription on their private purchase page. Customers who subscribed through connected app checkout can use Manage subscription in the app. The Stripe portal provides cancellation reasons and confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Successful annual renewal extends the existing period without a new activation code. Failed or unpaid renewals do not extend access.

If you cannot reach billing controls, contact support@ticketclerkpro.com from your purchase email. Do not send card details. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund except where required by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Activation and offline use

Website Monthly and Annual purchasers receive activation codes after verified payment, including purchases made on phones. Open Licence / Activate in Windows, paste the code into Activation code, and select Activate code. This field accepts both plans. Monthly activation remains automatic after connected app checkout. Keep the private purchase link with the purchaser; send workers only their own codes. Worker emails are not sent automatically.

Internet is required for activation and retrieving paid renewals. Code-activated licences work offline until the displayed expiry, without extra grace. Eligible paid monthly licences from connected app checkout have a fixed three-day reconnect allowance. Import licence file remains a support-assisted fallback. Expiry does not delete saved documents.

Computer replacement requires verified ownership and a logged transfer. Old codes stop working online, but already-installed offline licences cannot be instantly revoked; discontinue use on the old computer. Complimentary licences have no billing and expire one year after issuance unless the owner issues a new one.

Your software licence

A valid trial or paid licence permits personal or business use of Ticket Clerk Pro on the licensed computer. Company purchasers may assign individual licences to workers, subject to the purchased seat count. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the software, name or logo. Do not share activation codes publicly, circumvent licence controls, or resell access without written permission. Rights that applicable law expressly permits remain unaffected.

Website and acceptable use

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate purchase information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, or impersonate another customer. Do not use the product to sign documents without authority. The website, application and original brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws; third-party components remain subject to their own licences. See our Trademarks & Brand Use page.

Compatibility, updates and service limits

The application is intended for supported 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 installations. Review the download page for current build information and evaluate compatibility during your trial. Activation, checkout and renewal retrieval require an internet connection and may be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Updates may change features or supported configurations. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free document extraction, or suitability for every workflow.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support promptly if a fault prevents the product from performing as described.

Privacy and your content

You retain your rights in your tickets, signature images, project records and reports. These terms do not give Ticket Clerk Pro ownership of those documents or permission to publish them. Our Privacy page explains purchase, activation and support data processing.

Changes and questions

The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required. The price and renewal conditions accepted at checkout govern that purchase, subject to applicable law and any properly notified changes. Contact support about billing, licence access or these terms.

Document review and backups

You are responsible for checking extracted details and costs, having authority to sign, and reviewing the final PDF before approval. Signature images are visible marks, not certificate-based digital signatures. Keep backups and follow your organization’s retention and security requirements. Your documents remain yours.
